The DFP Box Office was modelled after old-world charm but outfitted with modern systems. The Box Office handles bookings, reservations and purchases to be made in person, online, or by telephone. Security within the premises is assured with round-the-clock presence and surveillance.

While the Concert Hall is capable of seating 920 people in an atmosphere of refinement, warmth and comfort, it also features 20 Corporate Suites with attached lounges. Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS was thoughtfully designed to accommodate anyone. Among the facilities provided are wheelchair seating and lifts, as well as an impaired hearing facility that provides wireless infrared transmission to users wherever they may sit in the auditorium.
